Christensen actions have issues or ok?

I bought a Mesa in a 300 PRC a few years ago. First thing, I had the chamber polished. Brass was coming out with scratches on it. Had a local smith do that. Then I couldn't get anything to group out of it. Factory or reloads. Sent it back to Christensen and they re-barreled it. It shot lights out with Barnes 200gr. LRX with 75.5 H1000.

I even went a ordered another 300 PRC Ridgeline FFT yesterday.

Unless you go with a full custom, it seems like every big gun company is going to have problems.

I have a 28 Nos Traverse that I'm gonna be selling. That being said, I bought it new in 2018 and I did send it back for a bolt issue. They had it 3 weeks and it came back with about 10 things they did to it. It now shoots like a custom. I moved on to a OMR 7 PRC and 300 WSM but it is a fine rifle now. Really should have been that way out of the box.

Have had 28 Nosler ELR no issues consistent 5/8 groups. 300 RUM ELR no issue sub half moa consistent. 6.5 PRC Ridgeline bugholes with Berger 156. 300 Win mag Rigdeline half moa no issue. Two my Dad bought from Cabelas both had issues. 6.5 PRC Ridgeline won't extract case but shoots well. 28 Nosler Ridgeline barrel was junk. Copper fouled real bad like 7" groups at 100. Junked the barrel and spun up a Proof. Consistent half inch now. Lance's 80/20 is spot on.

I just sent a rifle that is raved about on this forum after ten days of trying to get it to feed correctly. I'll see how long it takes to be returned.
