Changing the ATF and Laws against the 2nd?

In 2016 we had larger margins in the house and the senate and we couldn't even get the hpa out of committee... its all a nice thought but it's probably just symbolic gestures.
This^^^^^^

And I bought a suppressor before the Dems took over in 2020 and it was a 12 month wait. I bought 2 last year and it was 14 days and 11 days. So things could get worse...

Yes, things have improved exponentially. So does that mean that we should support and embrace a bureaucracy that f***** us over for decades?
I got my approval in 3 days at a cost of $200. I was very happy until I realized I want several more to protect my hearing, or what is left of it. Less taxes not more. Our health isn't something that should be taxed. A&T maybe (not completely sold on this) because of the impact on society, but F absolutely not.

The current administration has nothing to do with it. The suppressor change came from a simple suggestion from someone not in ATF or government. If someone 's background had issues or their paperwork had problems, the whole line of applications stopped until it was resolved, and then they went to the next one. Someone asked why not set it aside and let someone else work that problem, and keep the main line moving. Que the light bulb moment. Now it is quick turn arounds because you don't have to wait for them to sort the dude that put wrong date of birth and misspelt everything.
