Chambering an AR barrel

Somewhere I have a bolt and barrel extension/nut from Olympic arms for their 22-250 that I want to do a 22 dasher some day

FWIW, Olympic also made a 30 OSSM (Olympic Super Short Mag)....a 25 WSSM necked up to 30 caliber.

6mm Dasher is going to blow the lugs off the .473" bolt at 52k psi. You're going to have to down-load it.
The more you neck down the case, the more bolt thrust you're going to have. American Firearms already did the 6BR in 1995 and blew the lugs off the bolts. The 7BR blew them off too.

I don't know how much pressure you can run, but it won't be 52k.

Generally speaking, the largest rim size the AR-15 can handle at 50k+, is .440" (7.62x39 size).

If you want more speed in your 6mm AR than the ARC, you just need a longer ARC. Like this one (center).

Since you posted it, what's the deal on the 6 Tromix? Parent case, mags, etc???

Looks like I need to leave the dasher for the bolt rifle.

Since you posted it, what's the deal on the 6 Tromix? Parent case, mags, etc?

The parent case is a 220 Swift with a re-machined rim-groove to 6.8 SPC. Runs in 6.5 Grendel mags.
Shoots 85gr bullets at 3100fps. 90gr Accubond at 3025fps. 18" barrel. No pressure data, so take that for what its worth.
I have one with a 1:7 twist and one at 1:10. I like the 1:10 better with 85-90gr bullets. If you want to shoot heavies, I would stick with the ARC.
