I try to stream line my calibers to make it easier to purchase my reloading components in bulk. I run cfe223 because it works in my 223, 308, 6.5grendel, anyway you get the point. It also meters great so I can pump out lots of rounds in a short time on the Dillon once I find a load for a particular gun. I have recently acquired a cz550 in 30/06. I'll be running the 168 nosler custom comp in it most likely since I purchase large quantities of those to feed my 308 and in a pinch I can use them even in my big 30 cal rifles if components become hard to find. Does anyone have any first hand experience loading the 06 with cfe223. I see that hodgdon had load data up to 150gr on thier website. I'm juat curious if any of y'all have actually ran it in a 30/06.
