Cant post in Classifieds

I know I need 10 posts and 7 days before I can post then when the site updates I will be able to. How often does the site update? I have a bunch of things to post and was wondering if I can be approved to post now. Not sure if that will also give me PMs but I cant do that either. Thanks!
