Can I Rebarrel a 7mmUM with 7mmPRC?

They do Gunsmithing/ Threading and Chambering too, Or at least they did before all of this nonsense the last few years, Call and check with Hart Barrels, One of my best groupers is a rifle with a Hart barrel, The other best one is a Broughton, I wish they still made barrels!

My dad and I barreled a lot of actions ,without blueprinting and if your lugs and bolt face are square too the chamber by minor lapping and everything is making contact , too me that's good enough and not hard too do , I understand blue printing but I bet most that supposedly has it done , it's just a check on tolerances of that particular action with nothing needed too be done , with a substantial charge.
