FFP If weight and price is a issue Bushnell LRTS 4.5x18
NF ACTAR is always a good choice
I have enjoyed my Leupold Mark 5 3.5x18 good on size and weight too

Skip the win mag and get the 300PRC it is optimized for heavy bullets loaded out of the powder column. I highly recommend Nightforce ATACR.

Id say 300 prc or 30 nosler, optics: that's a tough one lots of options. I've never been behind a zeiss. Been behind darn near everything else though. FFP I'd go NF atacr or khales k525i, SFP zeiss or Swaro.
