on Redding bushings for a tighter fit turn it the other way.

I always put them in so you can read the writing on them, as they go into the die if it was in your press, At least Widden puts a arrow on them pointing downward. Some look like they have bevels on each end. Why can they all put a arrow on them. Not rocket science .

So I looked, at my Redding non-Ti bushings, they appear to have a bevel on both sides, the instructions do not even mention up, down, top, bottom, or size.

Does it make a difference which way they are put in

Yes.My Whidden have a "V" and the V points downward.Most all are Beveled also.
