When i ordered the wrong size bushing, Redding exchanged it for the correct one.

Use a little lube on the necks, when sizing.

I had the correct bushing size, but it did not produce the correct neck OD. To be off .003" on a precision bushing is quite a lot. While the TN bushing doesn't require any lube, I'll typically use Imperial wax on the cases/necks before sizing.

I dropped Redding an email and they will, hopefully, exchange the bushing.

Even if they do replace it, you are still better off buying the bushing from Short Action Customs.

Possibly, but I've got about 20 spare Redding TN bushing sitting on the shelf and would prefer to not start mixing brands.
