Bushing for firing pin hole

Since Grey- tan is no longer taking on any work, do you know of anyone who can install a firing pin bushing in a Remington 700 bolt?

All measurements on the fired case indicate no over pressure. No markings on the case head. Velocity is fairly low for the cartridge.
20 Practical w23g of H322 or N135.

I installed a new firing pin and spring. But no improvement.

Both the factory and the tubbs firing pin does the same. Changed to a 22lb from a 24lb and no changes.

I have the same situation on a .223 that I am going to drop at LRI, along with some others in the fall on my way to Arizona.
