Build a rem 700 or buy a ruger precision for competition

Well gentlemen, ive come to a conclusion. Being that i have yet to shoot a competition, i think i am going to buy the RPR and shoot it as much as possible and train with it, then build another rifle in the future when i have learned more. Plus, it never hurt anyone to have an extra rifle :)
