I agree. Short term gain long term loss. When all this mess blows over and prices get back to normal who are you gonna buy from the guy that ripped you or the guy that kept his prices in check. I have seen this in the construction business in my area 10 years ago when the housing market was booming contractors were ripping people left and right. Guess who is still in business the guys that were fair and honest.

I ordered some "in stock" Berger bullets from Brunos on 1/29, got a order confirmation email and didn't hear a peep for 6 weeks.
Sent an email canceling my order which they did in about 2 days.
Made the same order to Butch's Reloading and had the bullets in 4 days.

I ordered some h4350 the last time it showed in stock. Got a confirmation email the next day but no shipping info. I waited 2 weeks then sent an email asking what was up. They said it wasnt in stock and wanted to know if i wanted to backorder it. I said no cancel my order. Wont be buying from them again.

I ordered some bergers on 4-3 and received them on ups on 4-10. I did not receive a shipping notice before hand, like most places do. This was only the second time thatI have ordered from them, no problem either time.

Still waiting on my "in stock" 215 bergers it has been way too long! Phone always busy but did get one response to an email.
Never again. I read a post on here that they had the bullets instock, so I ordered them instantly.....weeks and weeks ago......

wow, maybe I'm lucky, but got ups shipping confirmation last nite for items ordered 4/10.

but, I've always had good luck with them.

Update:
I sent an e-mail to have my order cancelled after not being able to reach anybody. Sometime this evening I was left a message from Lester Bruno owner of Bruno SS. He informed me they are 4000 orders behind and 2000 e-mails behind and that communication with customers is impossible at this point. He stated that the phones are off the hook so they are not taking calls.

Anybody who is waiting on the 215 hybrids like I was, they might have shown up as in stock around the 11th last month, but they do not have them to ship to customers he told me they have them on order from Berger but not on hand.

I also ordered the 215's when they said they were in stock. Never received anything. Final found some 250 boxes on butch's and I have odered a box of 250 twice now each time they said in stock and received them in a few days. I then canceled my order with Bruno's.

Still no response from the email i sent them,i am curious whats going on. Not to totally change the subject but who do you guys like buying reloading supplies from? I found a place called gunstop in MN anyone ever dealt with them?

I ordered a fairly large order from them over the weekend of "in stock" items
... I have yet to even receive any kind of email... Well I did get one right as the order was placed stating "it was received/receipt" but it's automated..l nothing since...

Lester Bruno was prompt on responding to my emails. I do know these guys are in a tough spot when it comes to peddling reloading supplies lately.
