Bore/inside barrel treatment question

Interesting to read the differing takes on this subject. I'm just along for the ride.

I have begun treating my bullets and bores with HBN. Never used moly before. Tubbs has been using HBN for about a decade now, and HBN is preferred over moly by many others that have used both. It's clearly reducing copper fouling in my bores, and competitive shooters claim it reduces carbon fouling also. I like what I'm experiencing with HBN so far.

Anyone ever use colloidal graphite on the bore during break in?

Yes, Daag 156. Greg Tannel recommends this for bbl break in and it is the only way I break in a custom bbl ( not factory bbls - final finish ). After breakin I use hBn suspended in alcohol to coat bbl. No fouling shot needed-but I check it anyway.
