Best dehydrator under $100

Looking to buy a dehydrator for making jerkey from ground beef. Seen a lot of models that have great initial reviews at Amazon but seam lacking in longevity much beyond 2 years. Was looking to buy a Nesco as it is 700W's because it received a 4.5 0f five stars out of 14K+ reviews but it never hurts to get a little extra first hand input.

I use a LEM Jerky Cannon to squeeze out and form my jerky strips for this recipe . I REALLY love this gun.

Have had one for years has always done the job but finally got a big one from cabelas just took to long to make as much as they eat around here lol still use it for small batches
