You don't need a "Cart" as long as you have a good woman. She can carry you into the hunt and then carry your deer out.
I always take Jill hunting with me!

The now deceased humor writer Pat McManus used his bicycle to hunt with as a young man, riding it to where he was hunting and ride it back home. He shot a young buck and was trying to figure out how to get it attached to the bicycle without any success. He laid the buck out on it,s back and tied his arms and feet to the bucks feet. He now had the buck on his back and was then able to mount the bicycle and start back home. About half way he realized the bike was getting easier to pedal. Then realized the buck was still alive, and, getting the rhythm of peddeling the bike. He flew past his house into town while all the towns people watched with alarm as he broke the speed limit in the town. I had tears of laughter while reading this. I think the next generation of hunter should read Pats books.
