Do you have opinion on how it compares in performance for the price difference?AGM ts19 $999.00
I think it works very well for the money. I've had it for a little over a year. I just wanted try a thermal without spending much money but now I'm looking to spend more.Do you have opinion on how it compares in performance for the price difference?
That's all that needs to be said......I just wanted try a thermal without spending much money but now I'm looking to spend more.
I've had my eye on that , how's the range and resolution identification of target species , seldom would I need to go beyond 100 yards at night. Besides I get a hefty LE discount. THXI don't need one often, and it has to be cheap. So I ended up getting a Wraith Mini Thermal. $1900...... been real pleased with it.

Semms to work What range were those taken at.
The rabbit is about 110 yards the coyote about 70
Was it worth the upgrade?I think you are on the right track, avoid ATN at all costs unless its almost free. I had a AGM 35-384 rattler and it was great, i did upgrade it to a 640. In your price range i think you would be happy.
Depends what you want to do with it and if you have the funds. I'm hunting in areas that dogs and cats could be around. So I want to be able to positively identify my targets. Another issue is out beyond 150-200 yards the 640 resolution really helps. In my case upgrading to the 640 was worth it, super lightweight great thermal. Only downside is battery life, but the new v2 solves that issue. Was it worth the upgrade?
This is 100% true. I started with an agm TC rattler 35-384 clip on/ rifle scope. It's great the T-Vision app is great and I still use it as a spare. I had a Bering optics super Yoder and liked it also but sold it for an Iray RH50R and in my opinion is the best 640 for the money. I won't buy another without a range finder. I almost bought the agm rattler 640 to keep as a spare on Amazon when they had there prime days sale last month but I waited to long to make up my mind and missed out. I would stay away from atn and pulsar. Agm, Bering, and Iray have been great for me.You'll be happy with a less expensive thermal as long as you don't look through a "better" thermal.
