I just bought a Tikka T3 in 300 win mag and I'm hoping to use it for long range hunting. It has a 22.5" barrel and a 1 in 11 twist. Will these bullets work? Or is there a better option? I know berger recommends a 1 in 10 twist or faster. . .

What are my options? OR is it a matter of get some and shoot em to see? As a side note, I'm looking for an 800+ yard elk gun. I know this gun isn't exactly ideal for extreme range shooting but my other gun is 14.5 lbs and is just too much to deal with hiking the back country. I have taken it but it's time to get something light. . .

Thanks for any help!

A 1-11 will stabilize a 210 I doubt you will have any trouble stabilizing 215.

I have shoot them out of an 11.25 twist at 2850 fps with good results, not quite as good as the 210's but real close.
