What's the round count?
Sounds like you may be trying to compare apples to oranges.
If a rifle's groups open up or become inconsistent using the same ammunition it had been shooting well- it's almost always the leade/rifling being eroded. As soon as you change anything- whether shooter, load, bullet, seating depth- any variable- it could be any one or more of the above.
If the ammunition is the same and the throat has been eroded, check bullet jump with a comparator, decrease seating depth to get jump back to where you started and see if that helps. You should easily get 2k-2500 rounds unless it's been abused by hot loads and/or long strings without allowing the barrel to cool.

What area of the barrel are the pics from/at? If you can take shots of the chamber, throat and muzzle (inside and out). I have a pre-64 264wm with over 2,500 rounds that looks similar (maybe a bit worse on cracks) that still shoots well enough for hunting (haven't checked on smallest grouping).
