What velocity you are getting with the 338 (necked-up from 300 Ultra) with the 300 gr Matchkings out of a 30" barrel?

Boyd....that sure is smokin !! Have you tried any loads with the 168 MK. I have around 100 of them sitting around that I have been using in my 300 Win for "fun" shooting ( to expensive to shoot my NOS Parts up all the time ). I am thinking about using them for break in and fire forming. Still not sure about the scope for the sendero yet...it's either the nikon or the leupold...just can't decide.

Leupold!!!!!!8.5-25 Long Range.....Phil Miller has them for around $750.00...Have not shot any 168's....Should see upper 35's in velocity
