Barrel Harmonics Testing

If using both a muzzle brake and suppressor ( depending on situation)-- then one of the rubber donut tuners would probably work best as you could use it with both.
Also, if you had 2 loads ( like a berger for target and a hammer for hunting)-- you could easily move the donut around for best performance as long as you are documenting where each load/muzzle device location was best .

Pete.......Revisited this thread...... very interesting.....carefully and accurately weigh magneto speed...... duplicate it`s weight with something to fit on barrel non obtrusive.... .500"MOA+ is too much to give up without trying to duplicate.....
It's gone,Bought a Rergara HMR Wilderness Carbon in 7mm prc shoots

It's gone!! I bought a Bergara HMR Wilderness Carbon in 7mm prc. It shoots 180 Hornady's like darts, mbarrel has never got hot, just barely warm after 1 30 round try in 30 minutes, average for 30 was 2895 s.d. was 18.25 and all in a .995 group. The thing I love about it is it is almost 3#'s liter than it steel brother,It loves Staball HD, Pete

It should have read, after 30 rounds at 1 round per minute, in 30 min. the barrel was barely warm,2895 for velocity s,d was 1825 and all in a group of .995" at 100 yards, it really likes Staball HD and is a dream to clean,I put a trigger tech on it and is set a 12 oz., wears a Vortex Strike Eagle 3-18 in 34 mm tube, vortex med rinds ,I really love the set up, just right at 10 #s 4 oz. Pete
