Backpacking hunts - Bring the suppressor or leave it at home?

Btw-i own 2 centerfire cans and 1 rumfire.

I really love hunting with them. No ear plugs required and if environmental conditions are good you really hear the POP of bullet impact.

Agreed. Bullet impact is great. We were pig hunting two weekends ago - shot about 20pigs over the course of a night. Found 13 of them. Shortest was 7yds away (stumbled upon it) with longest at 500yds. you can definitely hear the crack continuing down range vs that oh-so-sweet "thump"
 
POI shift should be consistent. That's easy to account for…but it is one more thing to remember in the excitement of the shot.

For low volume firing situations like elk/deer hunting I sure wouldn't take my tank-heavy Saker on a backpacking trip, but a 10-oz can like above may be taken into consideration.
