Have y'all sern this message on your unit? It disabled mine, could not arm it. Pressing "Enter" clears the screen, but as soon as an attempt to arm it, the message pops back.

I even reset the system to factory set up, powering it down, still no joy.

Never on mine, fingers crossed mine has been solid from day one with a battery pack I have.
Funny, every time I go to the range I am asked "if I have used it there before"?
I tell them yes and they respond saying that hardly anyone's ever works there. I usually find most guys can't set them up correctly.
I know that wouldn't be the OP issue though.
That's something I've never encountered.

Yes! Seen such messages several times on mine. Shutting it off and turning it back on several times seems to make it happy, and it starts working again. Very interested in what the experts say!

Yes! Got it a month ago. Sent it in out of warranty but they repaired no charge.
They think it is typically caused by
USING A WRONG BATTERY PACK. They recently released a bulletin on that. I just bought the labradar battery to be safe.

Call them or look on website for specific RMA instructions.

I had used that battery pack a couple dozen times and its output specs were within their limits so who knows? That cord connection isn't great and with the blast it gets shaken too. Electronics and vibration snafu maybe.

Caution using third party USB
batteries
The Labradar USB power can handle
5V/1A- 5V-2.4A output batteries, we have
seen many USB batteries that vary in
voltage from 5V-9V-12V or fast charging
batteries, that can spike in voltage and
damage the internal components of the
Labradar, We suggest staying away from
these batteries that vary in voltage or
provide fast charging. If you have
questions whether your USB battery is
compatible with our product please review
your batteries "Output" specifications.

It's hard to believe they did not design a cheap voltage input protection in their curcuit. Even a Chinese zener diode will do the trick...
