Because they're all Fudds and nervous old people (happens with age), and they think "folks don't need one them newfangled AR47's and AK15 assault rifles like they use in the military"... They're not worried about 2A rights unless the Feds are trying to take their O/U or SxS shotguns and ban bourbon & cigars at their multi-thousand acres ranches. Even though our civilian versions are NOT military rifles, and so-called "assault rifles" account for less than 300 deaths in "mass shootings" a year out of our 327+ MILLION population. Literally multiple-times more people go missing in national forests each year, than die from being in a mass-shooting. Why aren't national forests banned? Why aren't GPS restrictions necessary?

I'm a64yo ranch owner who owns multiple AR15 & 10s as well as S/S & O/U. I like good bourbon and an occasional cigar! I've rescued multiple city "morons" from our National Forests & wilderness areas! I agree I don't own an AK47 (they r junk and a symbol of a world that takes all personal rights away) !
I not only worry about our erosion of 2nd Ammendment rights but the loss of all personal rights! I will pickup a gun and defend those rights to my last breath! I'm terrified with direction my country is headed!
The majority of the ranch owner I know feel exactly as I do! The Hollywood rich that come in and buy these places up keep you from having access to public land and support the theft of your personal rights!

If I was ever elected as some kind of politician I would freeze the second amendment and make it an untouchable subject. Like any law negatively impacting it would be immediately off the table.

which is pretty much what our founding fathers did by adding it into the "Bill of Rights"

So Gabby Giffords Husband, Mark Kelly, is running as a Democrat against Martha McSally for the Arizona Senate seat this next election cycle. He will likely get the Democrat party nomination in the primary given his former astronaut credentials. Based upon who he is married too I think he could end up being a bigger threat to the Second Amendment than Diane Feinstein.

If our side loses this race we will have lost key terrain in the Senate and worse, it will be an indicator that a once reliably pro Second Amendment state will be on the California path.

The incumbent, Martha McSally has a much better record on our Second Amendment rights.

If you are in Arizona, or have firearm owning family and friends that are, make sure you talk to them about getting out and voting for the candidate that is not a self declared enemy of the Second Amendment.

Kelly running and winning in Arizona would be a blow to Arizona "My Home" and the Senate for anyone that hunts and shoots. We need to participate and stop his anti 2A rants.

Kelly honest??? Not hardly! Prior to his congresswoman/wife being shot by the mentally unstable whacko, Mark and wife published campaign photos of the two of them shooting their guns here in the Az desert. Just like all politicians they flip flop on a subject to align with the voters, then if public opinion changes they change their "opinion" to stay in line. A gun grabber is a gun grabber period. Voting for them is asking for a country with no 2nd Amendment!
