To be honest, he wasn't thrilled after we scored it. I said "I have never seen a buck with that much curl"........it scored right at 80. He did have max bonus points (25), so he hadn't hunted AZ antelope since he was forty. The hunt wasn't a "zoo" like I anticipated. We scouted the Big Bo quite a bit! Lots of antelope!! Good luck to all!
Scores not everything. Character for me can trump score. His buck has some serious character. Az Antelope hunts are usually not "zoo" like. There's only 395 rifle tags for the entire state.

You should have seen the 90" I was looking at 5 years ago. Cheating guides parked their cars in that valley, put up an empty tent in the hours before sunrise to keep that Antelope out of the valley. I went in to get him and he was gone.
Well still no luck, anyone else got hit?

Cards are still being hit this morning. Have a friend that got his hit about 2 hours ago. This year unfortunately it's a very manual process.

I'm used to not getting drawn, never have, but used to go with my Dad every year when he was still in this earth. He was one of those guys that got drawn for a bull hunt every single year.
