Arizona ban on trail cams

I saw this yesterday and though I share it. I don't use any trail cams but I know some of you do so here it is:

Guess we'll just have to learn to recognise sign and tracks again. Just kidding. I don't use them much as I tend to hunt on large tracts of public land with roaming animals. But I see nothing wrong with them at all.
Do they allow deer feeders on private land in Arizona?

Not that I know of, I believe they did at one time. I did get this from the regs:

Interesting. Was thinking about states like Texas where game feeders are the norm and using cameras to see what bucks are coming to the feeders is common. In texas it's almost like a game management plan for private land where they cull deer etc. Also, seems like came cameras would be almost mandatory for keeping track of wild pigs etc.
I guess the last thing you need on the Arizona strip is a bunch of deer feeders and cell phone wire game cameras though...

Idaho allows them except during hunting season, and I'm OK with that. Game feeders are not allowed, but unfortunately I've seen that Reg ignored.

With Chronic Wasting Disease surrounding Arizona, feeders would be a disaster.
As far as cameras go, I rarely use them but my archery friends rely on them. Now they won't.

I have no issues with trail cams. I think they make for a great hunting tool. I hope Utah doesn't follow.

I think a camera season on public land is a great idea. You can't take a **** in the woods anymore without worrying you'll end up on the internet. lol

But of course our Az Cabelas sells the deer attracting feeds and scents! 50 years ago we met an old Hispanic man who used a fresh herb hanging on brush. He always killed a deer. NO, it wasn't marijuana!

They are in negotiations with eliminating live photo feeds cameras, but allowing SD cards type cameras. The discussions/hearings continue.
So for Arizona surrounding neighbors, may be interested.

Personally I like to spend time out in the woods/desert trying to find whatever I am hunting for, and that's what scouting is for. Nothing really against them just preffer not to use them.

However I do own one, got it about 6 years ago to find out what was stealing the chiles from my wife's vegetable garden, darn packrats. Needless to say they were taken care off.

So is it any different that cops use radar to catch speeders? Should it have to be fair chase and they should have to clock a vehicle's speed in a Marked patrol car? Should their patrol cars have to be painted international orange? Just thinking out loud.
