Getting a nag that feeds the saum reliably is a PITA! I've tried 5 to 20 round mags w/308 followers as some recommended, but none work reliably. 20 rounders will hold 8 fairly well and feed somewhat reliably. Even kak doesn't sell short mag mags for ar10's. Followers tilt even with anti-tilts. 25-35% is all you can load before mag starts swelling.
