My DPMS G2 308 and Ruger SFAR 6.5 have double ejectors. Both eject very positively but I had trouble with the G2 cratering primers. That was a common problem with the G2. Since DPMS is defunct I reached out to POF as they sell a piston conversion for the G2 which includes a bolt. I ended up buying a bolt from them and adding gas rings to it since it's for a piston setup. I had to use my cam and firing pin if I remember correctly. Their bolt fit well and worked fine but has a single ejector on the bolt face. My only issue is this. The original bolt would eject around 6-7 feet at 3:30. With exact same loads the POF bolt ejects at 3:30-4:00 but it's kinda like me trying to take a leak. I have to strain and lean forward to keep from peeing on my toes.Ejection distance is 2-3 feet. Primers however are not cratered and the brass looks like it came from a bolt gun. If you guys know a way to keep ejection headed toward 3:30 but with a bit more distance let me know. I did have to turn my gas block up one notch in order for the bolt to lock back on the last shot. The bolt may simply need more break in time and more lubrication.I don't get these bolts with double ejectors! Especially in ar15's. KAK has those on their magnum bolts and I feel like removing 1 of them. So far there isn't an issue on my AR6.5PRC. 1 day I'll get my hands on 1 of those from Kaliber Tech. Problem now is which cartridge!
