Does anyone have experience with these bullets? There isn't a whole lot of info or experiences with them floating around.

I ended up with a friend's firearms and reloading gear after he passed away a while back, and there were a variety of bullets from Apex in the mix. I know he had been playing around with them for a while, and I was there during a lot of the testing. I'm just curious to hear how they've worked for others.

Mark Dille, the owner, is now more active at LRO. @codyadams is the resident SME. @yorke-1 also has quite a lot of experience with them.

Seem to be some using the search feature here.

I was actually present during a lot of the testing that Yorke-1 did with these bullets, and it was his guns and reloading gear (including the Apex bullets) that I ended up with when he passed away. The results we got on game were limited to the one bear he got, and a handful of coyotes and smaller critters I got. I thought there might be some more recent results and others just hadn't posted them.

I'll try heading over there to see what's floating around, thank you.

What? I'm sorry to hear that. I have always liked his posts, especially his candor. RIP, Brother Yorke-1.

It was a shame, but not a big surprise. He made it through the first two heart attacks when he was 35 and 40, but he had a stroke in spring of 2023 at 41, and never recovered.

I've been sitting on all of his firearms and reloading gear in case his kids decide they want any of it, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I'll keep/use some of the reloading supplies. The firearms and the rest of the supplies will probably be sold and put in and account for his two grandkids.

Dang! Thanks for the info.
