I agree!!! I have communicated with Kirby about his 338 Raptor and it sounds perfect. Unfortunately, he said it's pretty much on ice due to brass availability problems.

If it wasn't for the brass availability I'd rebarrel my 300AX to one of the raptors.

Unfortunately, the brass that is available is all that remains. Sadly, it is no longer in regular production.

I'm sorta thankful that, for now anyway, that is the current status. Otherwise, I'd be more vehement in cursing my current financial practices!
