Hello 308 and others.
The Russian is the most powerful of the military units available to the public.
I'm sure that the American military has some as powerfull NOW but, they have not released any to date. The American military unit made by "Litton" corp. is a good unit but, not as powerful as the Russian.
Duesche Optics in California refurbishes the Rangefinders from pieces and parts. This was especially true of the Barr and Strouds they were selling a while back.
Have a shooting friend that sent 2 Wild rangefinders back to them and then requested his money back after the second one stopped working.---they refunded his money.
Just something to think about. If you can find a good Barr and Stroud or Wild that is original and not one that has been refurbished, your MUCH better off. You can tell the difference.
