I just bought the viper hd 15 x50 they retail a little more but doug gave me a great deal I also bought the zeiss victory range finder so thats another reason for the better deal. If I bought the viper hd 15x50 in canada they would have been 800 dollars and I wouldnt have got a deal until after hunting season. I will be buying a spotting scope from doug for next year . The new vortex hd look very very good. the thing I looked into is the warranty goes either way across the border with no hassle. Kellyw
