I've not hunted there yet. My stepbrother killed a nice bull on Ft. Riley several years ago and his friend killed a cow. I know a soldier who hunted there multiple years and was unsuccessful. Difference is that my stepbrother is a machine that did his homework and knew where to go. I gather from the other joe that he wasn't as determined. I plan to go in a year or two. Going to try Colorado Elk hunt this year if I can get vacation.
