AMP not working

Good Evening Guys,
Was annealing brass in the AMP. It made a popping sound and shut off. Would not turn on again. Checked the website and changed the fuse in the rear as it was blown. Also cleaned the induction port out. Turn it back on and it popped again. This time it stayed turned on. Could select correct settings but when I push start to anneal the machine doesn't make the normal buzz sound and the brass is cold still and not annealed. Also has a faint burnt smell inside machine.
Any help or info from fellow members would be appreciated.
PS I do have an email into AMP about the issue.

Sounds like you'll need to send it back for repair. Is it still under warranty?

Mr. Alex Findlay is the Owner and will help you out.
Do you use Wet SS pins to clean your Brass? Of any type of media?
If you do you need to make sure that your Brass is clean with no SS pins or media in the brass before trying to Anneal.

I doubt it. Bought it from a shooters widow who passed

If you do you need to make sure that your Brass is clean with no SS pins or media in the brass before trying to Anneal.

I clean my brass with steel wool and a drill. So each piece is inspected and cleaned of any remaining wool that may get stuck to it
