I have a Dilligent Defense S-Ti I would like to use on a barrel threaded in 5/8-24. Currently just direct thread mounting. Is there some type of mount or adapter I can install on my rifle and leave it on and then thread my suppressor onto that so I don't have to keep threading on and off on the barrel threads?

Call the Manufacturer of your Suppressor to make sure you get the correct parts.
Lots of misinformation on suppressors out there, BE CAREFUL !!

Tom and Valkyrie are both correct. Call the mfg and ask their CS if they have any adapters.
I can't remember who told me but there was a note given that things like tri lugs could make your poi shift if you're not putting it on the same way every time. I don't know if that's true or not (I use threaded taper mounts), but with the 9 moa shift when I direct thread my savage T10, I could assume that it's at the very least plausible.
Tom is right because it's so much more pleasant to shoot, I just went and bought a couple. Huxwrx ventum flow thrus can be found as low as $725 (5.56) and $750 (7.62), which is pretty cheap for flow thru suppressors, with a little searching. Then you never have to worry about "poi shift" in the first place.

Your suppressor is compatible with all sorts of mounts made by Dead Air etc . I use direct thread . I haven't timed it ,but it can't take over 10-15 seconds to screw it on .

As long as the basic end cap size and pitch everyone seems to use, Deadair Keymo, Silencerco ASR, Area 419, etc might all fit.

Keymo is kinda heavy, but locks up nice. I just direct thread most of my rifles though.
