Relatively new to reloading but I'm curious how other have faired with accubond long range bullets? I just can't get them to shoot consistently in both my 6.8 western (165 gr) and 7 mag (168 gr). After running powder charger ladders and seating depths I'm about to toss them. I've had great luck with Berger EOL's and eld-x. Anyone having similar results?

How far is 'a lot' of jump that you've experienced with them?
.050-.125. I agree with others they can be hard to get to shoot accurately. Make sure you have the right Hammer for your twist rate in the 6.8.
I have a 270 WSM with a custom barrel 1/8 twist and Hammers will shoot. .343 for the last group of 5.
If you want 2 holes then forget the ABLR they are similar to the Bergers. They are made from very soft lead to expand down to 1300 fps and my experience is that they blow up at shots under 300 yds. We shot a muley at 375 yds and the ABLR did not pas through.

Yeah that's pretty significant jump, I gave up around .080. Have you been happy with the hammer performance? I bang quite a bit of steel at my place but stick to <500 yards for game.

I have a 1:7.5 twist, and was looking at the 148s. What are you shooting?

I agree with everyone else. I load the 165 Gr in my fast twist 270 and they we not easy to get to shoot small groups. Where I ended up they are jumping .090". They kill well but not easy to load for.

I have switched from Berger 168, and140 grain and also Hammers on my 7mm to ABLR 168 and they shoot fantastic!
I just ordered 3 more boxes. Accurate for me as i shot deer at 100, 200 and this year 400 yards
I also just ordered Nosler ABLR 129 grain for my 1 n 8 twist custom 260 to give them a try

Any recipes for a 260, 1n 8 twist with the 129s?
