80% bolt gun

There seemed to be quite a craze over 80% lowers in the AR world for awhile maybe there still is I don't really pay attention but why was there never an 80% bolt gun no serial number just finish a couple holes and install your favorite trigger and bolt.

IDK, maybe becuase its so easy to get an action, barrel, trigger group and stock from 4 differents places? And if you like Savage, you can do it all yourself.
