7mmSTW Picture Thread

Stiller predator, long action 7 stw, I have the 338 cip lapua mags. I got the mags from them a while back, they are a good shop. I'm running them in a Seekins DBM system right now. Works great but I'm thinking about this stock as I'm mostly shooting this rifle at targets and for fun. I have another 7 stw to hunt with.

Thanks,

You'll just need to order the Rem 700 LA 300 WM. (AI AT 26699 AICS 2.0 L/A .300)
It's an easy swap. I do a lot of shooting for fun and I use it for hunting fields here in GA. I'm building another STW now in a manners T5 that will probably be my new hunting rig. I'm setting it up to shoot the Berger 195's if they ever come out.

not for every one...
but was a lil project i worked on,havent shot it yet .
Boyds pro varmint and a rem SPS with factory brake
my first cerakote project

Finally got my Sendero 7STW together as the scope finally arrived. Greybull Stock, Timney trigger, Leupold VX6 4-24 TMOA. Now to dial in the 180VLD and get a ballistic cap made. Or just stay with a MOA cap.

evening, I do have question. with the STW brass getting very hard to buy. why would

a person want to build such a superb weapon and can not find brass to reload the weapon?

I would like to build a 7STW, I have all the components , but can not find the brass. I

have 7rum and a 7wsm. the 7 STW is a much superb cartridge. all 3 7's brass is

very hard to find. if u do find the 7stw brass like 50 rounds is $150. New

just ranting about the reloading supplies situation. id read the postings

how shooters have found a honey hole, but will not divulge the source. u better

buy all the supplies u can find. things r going to get worse

I am building a 340bee. the brass of the bee in some cases is cheaper than all 3

7's brass. We all love our sport.

I've got 200+ rounds of once fired nosler brass if you are interested...

Buy 8mm RemMag brass and run a single trip through a 7mm STW FL sizing die, and you have 7mm STW brass. It's also cheaper and much easier to find than headstamped 7mm STW brass.

I use cheap .270 Win brass to form for my .25-06 AI. It's much more complicated than converting 8mmRM brass to 7mm STW.

I've had this rifle since about this time last year, but never put a scope on it. Today I realized I had an old crappy scope sitting in the safe and some old Leupold mounts sitting around, and figured it would be good enough to do some load development with. It's a semi-custom build.
