Its on the back burner for the moment as I'm in the middle of opening a brewery. So here's where I left off.
I decided that a 28Nosler case knocked back just one step to 30 Nosler shoulder dimension was plenty. If you're running something longer than the 197 then the step to 33Nos shoulder might make sense. The 33 Nosler is plenty of capacity as well but its a tougher step than 28-30 shoulder. Going to 33 makes shoulder out of decent body thickness case. It has to be done in two steps if you're going to 33 Nosler shoulder. Also I found that annealing before knocking back the shoulder resulted in creases due to how soft the native brass is already. Then to finish up I neck turned and it chewed off a good bit of brass. It might be best to neck turn in two passes to end up with a 0.015" neck wall thickness. Starting with your neck turner at the finished thickness is a bear due to the thick shoulder brass thats now part of the longer neck. Maybe use imperial sizing wax. I was using lanolin mixed with methanol just to try it out.
