Scott Hooper with On Target Outdoors. Scott trained directly under Gordy Gitters. He owns two shops, one in Laurel, MT, and one in Castle Rock, WA. He doesn't use a CNC lathe, only chambers on a manual lathe. Barrels chambered on CNC lathes will produce a crooked neck.
