26" Benchmark cut rifled, 9 twist. JGS 708AI match reamer.
Lapua 308 brass run through a 708 FL die.
Fed 215M
COL: 2.880 (At lands)
H100V and RL17 showing promise: (5 shot groups)

Group A was first rounds fired from this barrel. Bore cleaned & followed by graphite patch of the bore prior to firing.

Excellent groups, I'm thinking better than "showing promise ", I'd be stoked with those. I do like H100V, always have tried to count it out but it proves itself worthy for sure. Another good powder for the heavies in 7-08 is Ramshot Hunter, a friend shoots a Model 7 with the 168gr Bergers and his speed and groups look like yours. Congratulations, that's an awesome setup.

Yeah I was being coy, lol. I got some Hunter on the way. Seems the optimum burn rate powder is RL17, Hunter, H100V.

It's possible LeverEvolution could do it's versatile thing…
