Anybody loading H4350 over 140's? I'm loading some up. Planning to start at 45 and go up. Hoping to find what I'm looking for on the low side. Don't really want to crush powder. I have the bullet seated as far out as my magazine will allow
Heck, I'll throw my .02 cents worth in, H4895 powder and 140 Bergers worked great for me. Had good luck with IMR4064 too. Now I'm testing the Berger 150's.
Yes. Best group was .9" I think. I posted results a few pages backDid you try H4895 yet?

I didn't measure it. I just went as far as my mag would allow. I'll get a measurement on it
I don't believe so. I pulled one loaded with 46gr to see and didn't seem like it was. I then worked on up to 47.5 and stopped thereAlright, did you crunch any powder yet?

Same here, little crunch'n at the end of the seat.If you have the bullet out a bit you should be fine. I'm crunching powder but with a 162gr A-Max and 168gr Classic Hunter and no pressure, I hear the kernels crunch as I seat the bullets.
Have you tried using a drop tube? It makes a difference on how the powder will fit in the case.Same here, little crunch'n at the end of the seat.
