6 PRC help

@Barehandlineman11 has my reamer for lapua brass and 108/109 ELDM's. It has a .200 freebore and put a 108 ELDM at 2.955" .020 off the lands and a 109 ELDM at 2.980" .020 off the lands. I believe the 109 ELDM is just a 110 a tip with a plastic tip.

109 Hybrid may sit too far out FYI
I didn't order yet from straight jacket and this reamer seems perfect. Thanks for the info!

I decided to call straight jacket who has done most of my barrels and they have a 6PRC reamer so I got it sorted. Does anyone by chance know the bushing sizes they used to step the 6.5 PRC brass to 6mm?
Using Lapua brass, best as I remember - I went with a .269" bushing. One step - but I did trash a couple pieces at the beginning.

I'd go to Unknown munitions as they have everything their to build an amazing 6UM. You need to call them and talk about their 6um. I I build a high performance 6mm it's going to be a 6um. From Unknown munitions

Best of luck

.271 bushing on Lapua brass. One step with a good lubed neck and a good chamfer prior to sizing.

Loaded OD neck diameter on lapua brass is .274

As far as sizing dies go what have people been using. For my 6.5PRC I use a Forster FL sizing bushing die. I would like to just get the appropriately sized 6mm Forester bushing for forming and resizing as well as a 6mm Forster stem for seating. Presumably this should be no problem?

Another question. Forster's, Redding's etc bushing dies don't size the whole neck as opposed to say the SAC Modular die. Has anyone using Redding or Forster dies found this to be an issue on the 6PRC?
