Berger bullets have been great in my experience. I've shot several Elk and Deer, never have lost one. I went to S Africa in June, me and my wife took 22 animals with 7mm 180 VLD hunters. One animal took two shots due to me hitting it high in the shoulder, it was an Eland. Animals ranged from Bushbuck to Eland in size. Kudu, Red heartabeast and the such went down like they were electrocuted. I used Partitions for years and still like them but I do like the Berger better. Just my own experience.
