Rich, did you just have a senior moment?
I may have!!Rich, did you just have a senior moment?
Maybe a case FULL of 26?I'm also fixing to order the 123 AH to try in 6.5 Sherman and 6.5 SS, so I'd be interested in load data for both.
I have 2 new builds that are coming next week that'll put me in the "poor house" for awhile, or I would've ordered them already. Also, I'm thinking the 155 AH might be great in my 7MAX.
Rich, what powders do you think would work on the max with 155?
Scratch that completely! I need to guit answering multiple posts at once.
I was working with a guy running a 30 with a 110!!
DO NOT load those loads in a 6.5 and your velocity wont be 3700 either
It is the same burn rate (a little slower) but it will give more velocity. I think the new N555H-100hv is right there with RL-16, H4350 and Staball in burn rate. I have lots of H-4350 & 11# of RL-16. Maybe rl-23???
I think the powders I mentioned like H4895, Varget, etc might be good. Its a bit of a guess on charge but I would start about 55 grains. Something like H414 might work too.Got it. Do you have any suggestions for 110s in the 6.5 Sherman?
Im not sure that thats not a misprint?about to start load development for my 65 sherman. running rws brass. I already run the 156 eol in my 65 Max so was wanting to try either the 144 berger hybrid, 143 eldx, or the 147 eldm.
will be using for whitetail, antelope, and Muleys. I live in Texas so will be running either h1000, n570, or RL23.
saw in the load data that someone ran 143eldx at 3290 with 57 grains of RL23. That's intriguing, I assume thats a pretty hot max load?
Maybe? What about staball 6.5 for using in a short barreled 6.5 SS to get all the powder burnt a little faster?
I was just thinking because StaBall 6.5 is a fast burning powder and it works great for other 6.5 calibers.Maybe?
