Dang. It sounds like brass fired in an A chamber trying to be squeezed in a B die.

nope 100% B version in all components...
by the way what bullet, FPS and what length barrel?
I'm using A chamber 7ss,

2995fps
And anxiously awaiting a 25SS reamer.
Ive been around a lot of Sherman's but a .006 expansion is a new one to Me.
