If you can get some ADG or Peterson Brass for the Win Mag it will handle more pressure and get you an extra 150 fps over other brass.

For the win mag Rl23 will be great.

I'm about to load up both the 166 and 180 Hunters for a friends 300WM to see what it likes best. 24" 1-10tw. Peterson Brass. I only have limited RL23 but a bunch of H4350, H4831sc and H1000. Assuming the H4350 would be OK with the 166s. Would the slower powders be worth a shot with the 180s?

H4831 should work well with both.
