I woke up at three am. I had a thought. Is THIS, all this stuff I see and read on here on this ownderful technical website, is all the money, all the machine work, all the handloading, all the cu$tom rifles ...is ALL of it just about trying to best the 300WM ???

Good grief it may be the best long range 'factory' cartridge ever.

Now I'm cornfused you give the .300WM call letters for .300 Win Mag but then you speak of Roy I'm assuming again that you're talking about Roy Weatherby and maybe you're also talking about the .300 Weatherby Magnum!
