IMR 7977 with mag primer or 7828 using only large rifle primers

Both of these powders are discontinued so unless you already have a bunch don't waste your time looking.
7828ssc is still available

What bullets, i.e., Berger, Hornady, etc.? I have three 300 WMs, all shooting better with >180. If you have not seen it, do a search; BROZ has a thread with overwhelming success with Berger 210/215 and an H1000 load.

I have TTSX, Nos AB's, and Norma 170 Tipped.

I pretty much use all reloader 22 powder for my 300 win mags. That powder has been hard to find. Some say it's not very temp stable, but I hunt mostly when it is cool in the fall and have not ever had any issues....from the dakota plains to the brooks range. Pretty much what I like in my 7 mags too. For bullet weights in my 300's, I like the 200 grain accubonds over the typical 180's. They have a higher BC and fly flatter. Just my 2 cents....

I like to stick with IMR or H powders

Might be better to say the powders and bullets you have access to, then people may make suggestions.
Old relaodersnest site had many suggestions on 165, 170 bullets with various powders. I still have access to some of those

I ran Swift Scirocco 165 with H-1000 and
Rl- 25 and 26. In a 26" Model 70.
Max with both was around 82,83.
Start around 75,76.
Will be Compressed Loads. Drop tube will help or vibration.
For more case fill use 3rd and up fired brass. BEEE CAREFUL AS ALWAYS.

I have been playing with a 300WM of some kind over 40yrs.

There is no way ANY powder is more temp stable than H4350…

That has not been my experience shooting both through 30-06 in S. TX heat.
