I've got a 300 WM neck sizing die that on average sizes brass to .327 before mandrel expanding it. Think a .330 or smaller bushing would solve your problem.
One word of caution on flame annealers. If you plan on doing any larger quantities, plan on running the tourch(s) from a larger bottle/tank. Small tanks lose pressure fast and may cause inconsistent annealing over the coarse of an annealing session or from one session to the next.
