I,m finishing up a 300 Wby. Mag. I could use some recommendations for Powder. I intend to use 180 grain Nosler BT,s. Please advise! Thanks in advance! D.

H1000 or Retumbo are my picks, but RE25 also works very well.

I was going to suggest H1000 as well, but I also use IMR4350, and if you can find it, IMR4831

If you have it, IMR7828 is the go to for 180s. If you have it stock piled, RL26 also works well. H1000 will work but you'll heave some velocity on the table. The good news is, H1000 is available. I've ordered some Grand to experiment with. It is available and should likewise fit your needs.

Yes, but it is very slow in the Weatherby, H1000 is far more useful.

RL22 is one of the most unstable powders on the market. If you have temp swings during the year I would stay away from RL22
